We are assisting an established and rapidly growing engineering services contractor in their search for experienced Electrical QA Engineers in Netherlands to oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance process, conducting inspections & tests, ensuring all electrical work meets the industry standards and regulatory requirements. The company is focused in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers additional top notch services that includes Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.
Key Responsibilities & Requirement includes:
Initiate & implement quality assurance plans & procedures for electrical systems and installations in accordance with project requirements, standards and codes.
Join together with project teams, designers and subcontractors to ensure that quality requirements are clearly defined and understood.
Manage inspections & tests of electrical systems and components at various stages of construction from initial stage to completion.
Oversee the compliance with design specifications, drawings and applicable codes and standards.
Provide detailed records of inspections & test results, errors and corrective actions taken.
Generate all aspects of QA reports and documentation packages for submission to clients, regulatory agencies and project stakeholders.
Pinpoint & keep track of issues and deficiencies in electrical work together with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
Oversee & track solutions of conflicts to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Supervise the performance of electrical suppliers & subcontractors ensuring that they adhere to quality requirements and standards.
Evaluate & assess existing quality assurance process & procedures and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimise efficiency & effectiveness.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of HVAC piping systems & PDIs Essential.
Proven track record in Electrical Quality Assurance role.
Knowledge in ventilation systems is advantageous.
Proficient in Electrical Quality Assurance softwares & tools.
Strong verbal & written communication and problem solving skills.
