Our Client is urgently seeking experienced Finishing Managers to be part of our projects in North West, England. Our client is a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers top notch services that are currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, new builds, and data center schemes across Europe. As Finishing Managers, you are expected to have a strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of snagging and sign off’s.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Enforce the quality control measures to ensure that finishing works meet design specifications, building codes and client expectations.
Manage regular site inspections of finishing installations to identify defects and deviations from plans and implement corrective solutions.
Team up with project stakeholders to develop detailed plans & schedules for finishing works.
Provide clear direction & guidance to finishing workers to monitor their performance and ensure the project schedules are met, within the budget and to the highest quality standard.
