Commercial Lead – Frankfurt – Data Centres

We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Commercial Lead in Frankfurt.

Duties will include:

• Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support.
• Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCD
• Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interface
• Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise
• Monitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects.
• Prelims management
• Attend on relevant meeting for updates, plans, and strategic decisions.(Internal/External)
• Create, manage, implement  Procedures and Guidelines for the Team to improve and enhance working practice
• Supervising the preparation of Cost Plans for complex projects, using a range of cost planning techniques and software, managing the compilation of data to permit various analyses.
• Preparing long term cash forecasts for complex projects, monitors results and interpret reasons for deviations, using established techniques to minimise outflow of cash and maximise inflow.
• Identifying unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients 
  and employers.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years experience in a similar role with a Main contractor

Data Centre experience is preferred

Must have EU Passport or relevant Right to Work

Benefits

Up to €120,000 + Full rotational Package
