ICT Site Supervisor – Data Centre – Norway We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a ICT Site Supervisor to join them on a Data Centre Project in Norway. Responsibilities Supervise the installation of all ICT systems and infrastructure, including cabling, networking equipment, server racks, and power systems, ensuring everything is installed according to design specifications and industry standards. Act as the main point of contact between the ICT team, construction staff, and external contractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to avoid delays and conflicts during the installation process. Regularly inspect the work being performed to ensure it meets quality standards, adheres to the project timeline, and complies with safety and design requirements for ICT systems. Oversee the management and allocation of ICT equipment, tools, and resources on-site, ensuring that materials are available when needed and properly stored to prevent damage or loss. Ensure that all ICT installations comply with relevant industry standards, best practices, and regulations (e.g., ISO, local codes, and data protection laws), as well as any specific requirements for the data centre. Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues on-site related to ICT systems or installations, troubleshooting problems quickly to avoid delays and ensure the project stays on track. Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in Similar role Must have 2+ years experience in installation of ICT systems Must have EU Passport or RTW in Norway Benefits
