Business Development Manager - Data Centres - Dublin

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Business Development Manager in Dublin, Ireland

Requirements

•    Market Development & Opportunity Identification
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Irish data centre construction sector, with a focus on hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients. Build relationships with developers, operators, and consultants active in the Dublin market.
•    Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, project stakeholders, and strategic partners. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client priorities and aligning our services to meet technical and commercial objectives.
•    Bid Strategy & Tender Support
Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and technical teams to support pre-qualification, tender submissions, and interviews. Help shape bid strategies that reflect Irish market requirements and position the company as a preferred delivery partner.
•    Irish Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, planning activity, and data centre investment pipelines across Ireland. Provide strategic insights to the senior leadership team, including risks, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.
•    CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and forecasts using the company CRM. Report regularly on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and business development performance against KPIs.

Requirements

Must have 4+ Years’ experience in a similar role
Data Centre Experience is preferred
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Ireland
