Commissioning Manager - Denmark

€90,000- 100,000 DOE + Competitive Package

We are assisting an established and rapidly growing engineering and construction services contractor in their search for an experienced Commissioning Manager to be working in Denmark to oversee that the building systems and equipment are installed, tested and commissioned according to project requirements and industry standards.   

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Develop commissioning plans & schedules for building systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

  • Team up with project engineers and subcontractors to define commissioning requirements and objectives of each project phase.

  • Supervise the execution of commissioning activities, including pre-functional testing, functional performance testing and integrated system testing.

  • Communicate with installation contractors and vendors to ensure that equipment and systems are installed correctly and meet the design specifications.

  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify that commissioning activities are performed according to plan and schedule.

  • Manage and organise records of commissioning activities, test results and equipment documentations.

  • Prepare commissioning reports & documentation packages for submission to clients, regulatory agencies and project stakeholders.

  • Keep track of deficiencies and issues identified during commissioning and present resolutions with project teams.

  • Lead commissioning meetings and presentations to communicate project status, findings and recommendations to client and project teams.

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

  • 7+ years experience in Commissioning Management role.

  • Strong knowledge in building systems & equipment.

  • Knowledgeable in commissioning softwares and tools.

  • Remarkable project management, communication and leadership skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Effective communication and team work skills.
