Cost Controller, Sweden

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specializing in Data Centres across Europe. After showing evidence of rapid growth there are looking to expand their Swedish team with a Cost Controller.

Responsibilities

·Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Develop and manage detailed cost estimates for the project, assisting in the creation of budgets and ensuring all CSA-related activities are accurately reflected in cost plans.

·Cost Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring that costs are recorded accurately, and provide regular reports on financial performance, highlighting variances and areas requiring attention.

·Forecasting & Financial Analysis: Conduct regular forecasts of project costs, identifying potential cost overruns and ensuring corrective actions are taken to stay within budget.

·Change Order Management: Assess and manage the financial impact of scope changes, including reviewing change orders, estimating costs, and tracking the impact on the overall project budget.

·Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure that cost control measures are implemented effectively and that financial data is accurately shared across all departments.

Requirements

3+ Years experience in a similar role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying

Data Centre experience is advantageous

Benefits

Up to €100,000 per annum + Rotational Package
