CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre - Finland €90,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month Location: Espoo, Finland
This is a senior site leadership role responsible for full CSA strategy, team management, programme control and quality delivery on a fast-track technical build.

A leading European data centre contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope on a major hyperscale project in Finland.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and mentor CSA supervisors, engineers and package managers
• Drive a strong culture across Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards
• Develop and execute CSA project delivery strategy
• Oversee procurement, design, engineering and installation phases
• Review client design and manage technical compliance
• Protect commercial and contractual position across the CSA scope
• Manage QA/QC strategy and implementation
• Oversee day-to-day subcontractor management and site operations
• Drive programme delivery including 4 and 12-week look-ahead schedules
• Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors
• Manage documentation control and compliance records
• Oversee project close-out including punch list, QA files and safety file
• Support commercial meetings and variation management
• Review drawings, setting-out and builder’s works coordination
Requirements
• 7+ years’ CSA site experience on large-scale projects
• Strong track record delivering complex CSA packages
• Experience in data centre, industrial or mission critical projects preferred
• Strong scheduling and sequencing knowledge
• Proven leadership of internal teams and subcontractors
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding
• Excellent technical coordination and problem-solving skills
