CSA Lead – Data Centre Construction, Norway  

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced CSA Lead to manage the civil, structural, and architectural packages on a major hyper-scale data centre project in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee CSA works from design coordination through to construction and handover
•    Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and programme targets
•    Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
•    Drive progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate reporting
•    
Requirements:
•    Strong CSA background on large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centre experience preferred)
•    Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•    Willing to be based in Norway for the duration of the project
•
