CSA Package Manager - Data Centre - Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

Lead Shell & Core CSA Delivery Across All Civil and Structural Work Packages
Oversee groundworks, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, steelwork, external yards, drainage, pavements and building envelope activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme and to main-contractor standards.
Manage CSA Subcontractors & Heavy Construction Operations
Coordinate multiple civils and structural subcontractors, supervise daily operations, sequence works, control site logistics and ensure uninterrupted progress across all critical path areas of the build.
Ensure Technical Compliance, Quality Assurance & Structural Integrity
Implement rigorous QA/QC processes for concrete pours, rebar installations, formwork, steel erection, façade systems and all CSA structural components. Lead inspections, test records and compliance documentation.
Oversee Design Coordination, RFI Resolution & Construction Detailing
Review civil and structural drawings, raise and close out RFIs, manage red-lines, validate constructability, and ensure all works align with engineering specifications and the latest approved design revisions.
Drive Programme Control, Risk Management & Commercial Oversight
Monitor progress against schedule, manage look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, coordinate mitigations, and support commercial teams with variations, valuations and subcontractor performance assessments.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Benefits

€90,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation, 17/4 Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €250 net per week overseas allowance
