CSA Package Manager (Fit-Out)– Data Centre – Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. 
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

Lead CSA Fit-Out Execution Across All Internal & External Workfaces
Manage the full delivery of civil, structural and architectural fit-out packages including partitions, ceilings, floors, doors, fire-stopping, façade interfaces and structural modifications, ensuring all works meet programme, spec and safety standards.
Coordinate CSA Subcontractors & Site Logistics
Oversee daily performance of CSA subcontractors, manage labour and material coordination, resolve site issues, and maintain effective workflow sequencing throughout all critical fit-out zones.
Implement Robust Quality Assurance & Compliance Controls
Drive strict QA/QC processes across all CSA installations, conduct inspections, signoffs and snagging activities, and ensure compliance with design intent, datacentre standards and Finnish building regulations.
Manage CSA Design Clarifications, Technical Queries & Red-Lines
Lead the resolution of design queries, review drawings and updates, maintain accurate red-line documentation, and ensure all CSA works align with the latest revisions and technical requirements.
Monitor CSA Programme, Risk & Change Across All Fit-Out Packages
Track progress against schedule, lead look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, manage variations, and support commercial teams with change control, progress valuations and subcontractor assessments.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

€90,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation, 17/4 Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €250 net per week overseas allowance
