CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Project – Amsterdam, Netherlands

A leading European contractor delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join its project delivery team in Amsterdam. This is a full-time, site-based position working on a high-value data centre development, offering long-term career progression in the high-tech construction sector.
 

The successful candidate will take ownership of the civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) delivery while also coordinating closely with MEP teams—a strong technical understanding of CSA, electrical, and mechanical elements is essential.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of CSA project packages from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement robust planning and reporting strategies to ensure timely project execution.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams and design stakeholders to coordinate works across all disciplines.
  • Track project labour, material usage, commissioning status, and general performance metrics.
  • Drive H&S excellence and promote a culture of safety and accountability across the site.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with the client and design teams to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Set up and maintain best practice project documentation, meetings, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor progress to ensure quality targets and project specifications are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of CSA, Electrical, and Mechanical systems is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate large infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing construction delivery from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
