Electrical Engineer – Data Centre – Finland Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. Responsibilities • Electrical Design Review & Technical Support Requirements Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Benefits €80,000 - €100,000 + Accommodation, 17/4 Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €250 net per week overseas allowance
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules, providing technical support to site teams and ensuring all installations align with project requirements and client standards.
• Site Inspection & Quality Assurance
Carry out regular inspections of electrical works—including LV/MV systems, containment, cabling, switchgear, UPS, and generators—to ensure compliance with design, QA/QC procedures, and EU regulations.
• Testing, Commissioning & Verification
Support and witness electrical testing and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are energised, tested, and validated safely and in accordance with project commissioning plans.
• Coordination with Subcontractors & Other Disciplines
Work closely with electrical subcontractors, mechanical teams, civil teams, and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues, manage interfaces, and maintain efficient workflow across the project.
• Documentation, Reporting & Compliance Control
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, inspection reports, red-line drawings, test records, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for quality audits and client handover.
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
