Electrical Lead - Data Centres - Norway

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Electrical Lead in Norway.

Responsibilities

•    End-to-End Electrical Oversight: Lead all electrical systems delivery including MV/LV power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and BMS interfaces, ensuring alignment with project scope and data centre standards.
•    Design Interface & Coordination: Review and coordinate electrical design documents with consultants, BIM teams, and other disciplines to ensure conflict-free installations and adherence to design specifications.
•    Commissioning & Energisation Planning: Manage all aspects of electrical commissioning, including FAT/SAT, power-up sequences, integrated systems testing (IST), and final energisation in close coordination with the client and utility providers.
•    Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, local codes), and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes throughout construction and testing phases.
•    Schedule Management & Risk Mitigation: Track electrical construction milestones against programme targets, identify potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain critical path delivery.

Requirements

Must have 3+ Years experience in a similar role
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Data Centre experience is preferred
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Norway

Benefits

€100,000 - €120,000 + Full rotational Package
