CSA Construction Manager 

Data Centre Construction – Finland. Fit-Out Packages 
Our client is an established engineering & construction main contractor delivering new build data centre schemes across Northern & Central Europe. This organisation provides a full turnkey solution, constructing these facilities from the initial design phase through groundworks, structural build, M&E installation, fit-out, and final handover. Company turnover is currently €1.3bn, with continued growth of 10%–15% year-on-year.
Due to continued expansion, the requirement now exists for an experienced CSA Construction Manager (Fit-Out) to join the project team delivering a €600m+ hyperscale Data Centre in Finland.
The CSA Construction Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing all civil, structural, and architectural fit-out works across the project, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme milestones. This role will focus specifically on the internal fit-out packages, coordinating multiple subcontractors responsible for architectural finishes, raised access floors, fire-rated partitions, ceilings, and specialist data centre architectural installations.
The successful candidate will work closely with project management, MEP teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure the seamless delivery of CSA fit-out works within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all CSA fit-out construction activities across designated project areas
• Oversee subcontractor works including raised access flooring, partitions, ceilings, doors, fire stopping, and architectural finishes
• Ensure fit-out works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Monitor construction progress against programme milestones and address potential delays
• Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of building services within architectural spaces
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality control across all fit-out activities
• Review and approve subcontractor method statements and risk assessments
• Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and site teams
• Manage snagging, punch lists, and quality inspections during the fit-out phase
• Support commissioning and handover processes by ensuring architectural areas are completed and ready for system testing
• Maintain accurate documentation relating to site activities, inspections, and quality assurance processes
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across all construction activities
