Our client is a specialist data centre main contractor delivering a full turnkey solution on New Build Data Centre projects across Europe, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works. Group turnover is already in excess of €1.5bn and their order book is full for the next 3-years.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integration Manager to join the project delivery team on a major data centre development in Finland 
The Integration Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines, driving alignment between trades, and guaranteeing that project milestones are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and coordinate all integration activities across each phase of the project lifecycle.
•    Act as the single point of contact for planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of all integration scopes and milestones.
•    Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables across CSA and MEP systems.
•    Produce bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
•    Develop, implement, and maintain the Integration Execution Plan to ensure alignment of all project activities.
•    Chair internal and client-facing integration meetings, promoting collaboration and accountability.
•    Oversee compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
•    Coordinate closely with the client on snagging, commissioning, and final handover activities.
•    Participate in weekly design workgroups and technical workshops, providing integration leadership and updates.
•    Support installation planning, site onboarding, and scheduling activities, including H&S documentation, method statements, and permits.
•    Champion Health & Safety best practice, ensuring all integration works comply with statutory and project-specific requirements

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•    Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in on-site project management within the construction sector.
•    Previous experience delivering data centre or pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable.
•    Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage complex interfaces.
