Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 + Full Rotational Package

Junior H&S Officer – Fit-Out – Frankfurt

 

We are currently partnering with a Fit-out contractor with proven success across Europe on Data Centre Projects, Roofing contracts and many more. With capabilities and expertise across the whole construction sector they are looking to expand their ever-growing team with an experienced Junior H&S Officer in Germany.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Site Safety Inspections & Monitoring – Assists in conducting routine site safety checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Risk Assessment & Documentation – Supports the H&S team in preparing risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and maintaining safety records.
  • PPE & Safety Equipment Management – Ensures workers have the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and that safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained.
  • Incident Reporting & Investigation Support – Assists in reporting near-misses, accidents, and hazards, and helps with basic investigation procedures.
  • Training & Safety Briefings – Helps coordinate and deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings to reinforce site safety awareness.

 

Requirements

 

Must have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany.

Data Centre experience is advantageous.

 

Benefits

 

€45,000-€50,000 DOE, 10/4 Rotation, Accommodation, Flights, Transport etc.
