Lead CSA Estimator – Data Centres – Dublin & Glasgow

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects
 

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced Lead CSA Estimator.

Responsibilities

Oversee CSA Estimating Process: Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of the data center project.

Ensure Accuracy and Quality: Review and validate all estimates for precision, ensuring alignment with project scope, design, and specifications.

Coordinate with Stakeholders: Manage communication with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure timely responses.

Lead Tendering and Bidding: Supervise the tendering process, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions.

Monitor Costs and Provide Guidance: Lead cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle, advising the project team on budget management and cost optimization strategies.

Requirements

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying

7+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role

Data centre CSA commercial experience required.

Must be able to travel
