Our client, a leading Contractor has a requirement for an experienced Lead Electrical QA/QC Manager on a project based in Denmark. This Contractor has become a construction services provider of choice in growth segments such as pharmaceuticals, data centres, life sciences, industrial, commercial and power transmission and distribution. As Lead Electrical QA/QC Manager you will be responsible for managing the Electrical QA/QC procedure, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications codes & standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Establish and implement a comprehensive QA/QC program for electrical installations including policies, procedures and inspection protocols.
Present the project quality plan for approval to the client.
Establish quality standards & acceptance criteria for electrical work ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes and standards.
Manage regular inspections of electrical installations to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications and regulations.
Carry out quality control checks and tests on electrical equipment & systems including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
Coordinate with engineers, electrical team and stakeholders to conduct inspections as needed and review testing reports for accuracy and completeness.
Lay out and maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities including inspection reports and corrective actions.
Arrange comprehensive QA/QC documentation for inclusion in project closeout packages and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Work together with project teams to address QA/QC related issues and provide timely updates on QA/QC status and progress.
Preparation of weekly QA/QC reports from inspections including issues found and corrective actions implemented.
Verify all the equipment with valid certificates.
4+ years’ experience in Electrical QA/QC roles.
Strong knowledge of Electrical systems.
Data Centre experience is an advantage.
Proven communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent IT skills.
