OFCI Manager - Data Centre - Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. 
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced OFCI Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

•    OFCI Equipment Coordination
Lead the coordination and integration of owner-furnished contractor-installed equipment including generators, UPS systems, MV/LV switchgear, transformers, CRAH/CRAC units and critical cooling plant, ensuring installation activities align with project sequencing and technical requirements across all data hall and plant areas.
•    Delivery & Site Logistics Management
Plan and manage the delivery, offloading, storage and movement of large-scale OFCI equipment to site, coordinating with logistics providers, crane operations and site management teams to ensure safe handling and timely availability of critical plant for installation.
•    Programme & Installation Planning
Work closely with project planners and construction managers to integrate OFCI equipment milestones into the overall construction programme, monitoring delivery schedules, installation progress and identifying risks that may impact the critical path of the data centre build.
•    Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the key interface between client representatives, OEM manufacturers, specialist installers and internal construction teams, facilitating technical workshops and ensuring all parties are aligned on installation requirements, access needs, and commissioning readiness.
•    Quality Assurance & Commissioning Support
Ensure OFCI equipment installation complies with project specifications, manufacturer guidelines and quality standards, supporting inspection processes, documentation control and the transition into testing, commissioning and system handover phases for mission-critical infrastructure.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
EU Passport or RTW would be preferred but not essential
