Planner – Finland 

Our client is a multi-national construction and engineering organisation. They are headquartered in the USA and active across Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East, with a turnover in excess of €6bn and 9,000 permanent employees globally. They work across a diverse range of market sectors (with a very heavy tech focus) including: Data Centres, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology, Photovoltaics, Battery Plants & Speciality Chemicals. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works  

The need now exists for an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join the delivery team working on a hyper-scale data centre project in Finland 

Duties will include: 
•    Setting up and maintaining the detailed construction programme together with a design and package procurement programme.
•    Collect data and update programmes to show progress or delays
•    Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager
•    Ensure that current procedures relating to planning are adhered to or amended to suit a particular client / project
•    Tender planning of all projects during tender and pre-construction phases.
•    Preparation of tender programmes and method statements to adequately demonstrate the sequence, methodology and project timescales 

Key experience: 
Experience in the Construction Industry in a planning or scheduling capacity
Knowledge of at Primavera, Powerproject, MS Project, Excel and Word
