They demonstrate proven success across a wide array of sectors as well as a great track record globally. They are currently looking to expand their portfolio further with a Project Director on a Data Centre project to lead a young and dynamic team to completion.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy: The Data Centre Project Director is responsible for developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope, objectives, and timeline of the data centre construction or upgrade.
Budget and Resource Management: They oversee the project budget, making sure that the costs remain within the allocated limits.
Team Leadership and Coordination: A crucial part of the role is leading a cross-functional project team, including engineers, contractors, architects, and IT specialists.
Risk Management and Compliance: They are responsible for identifying potential risks in the project, such as budget overruns or technical challenges, and creating mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Management and Reporting: The Project Director acts as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
Must have 8+ years’ experience on Data Centre projects
Ideal Candidate will have existing Client-Side construction experience
