CSA QA/QC Manager – Data Centre Project – Helsinki, Finland
Our client, a specialist in delivering complex data centre projects across Europe, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to join a high-performing on-site delivery team in Helsinki. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a driven quality professional to play a key role in one of Europe’s most dynamic sectors.
With a strong track record in turnkey data centre delivery, our client continues to expand, offering secure long-term roles with progression across major international projects. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-specification environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of quality audits and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans in accordance with company standards.
Ensure full compliance with quality control procedures and that all personnel adhere to best practices.
Oversee subcontractor quality performance and ensure alignment with project requirements and policies.
Act as the primary interface for quality-related matters with the client’s representatives.
Supervise inspection processes, maintain calibration systems, and ensure all quality documentation is properly filed.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of test packs and final handover documentation.
Provide ongoing guidance to the site team to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a QA/QC role within the construction sector, ideally on data centres, industrial, or pharmaceutical builds.
Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk BIM360 Field or equivalent QA/QC platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage inspection teams, quality systems, and compliance reporting.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a process-driven mindset.
