Location: Sweden, Sweden Salary: €70,000 - €85,000

QC Lead – Sweden – Data Centre

 

We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor specialising in Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, Power Transmission and distribution. Due to their continued success they are seeking a QC Lead to join and grow with their team in Sweden.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and Implement QA Processes
    Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes for all stages of the data centre project, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee Quality Control Inspections
    Lead regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Teams
    Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are understood, maintained, and integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
    Identify any non-conformities or quality issues, take corrective actions, and ensure that effective solutions are implemented to maintain project quality standards.
  • Quality Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities, inspections, test results, and non-conformances, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Training & Development
    Provide ongoing quality assurance training to team members and contractors, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Construction management, or equivalent
  • 5 years Quality management experience preferably in a Data Centre environment
  • Willingness to travel

 

Benefits

Up to €85,000 per annum + full rotational package
