€75,000 DOE + Company Car + Competitive Package We are partnered with a leading Tier 1 contractor involved in key sectors including Civil Infrastructure, Transport, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Fit Out, Data Centre, and Pharmaceutical. Due to continued growth, the organisation is in need of an experienced Quality Auditor to play a key role in ensuring that projects meet established quality standards and specifications, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and client requirements. You will evaluate and analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement quality assurance measures to drive the continuous enhancement of the quality management systems. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and legal regulations. Assist the Quality Manager in all aspects of QA/QC activities throughout the project's EPC phases, contributing to the development and upkeep of the quality management system in alignment with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align quality objectives with project goals. Support the development of the Project-Specific Quality Management System by preparing plans, procedures, and related documentation required to enable project execution. Review and assess the QMS documentation of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the project’s specific quality requirements. Significant experience in conducting front-end on-site inspection activities and preparing associated inspection reports. Monitor and analyse non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality performance. Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets specifications and high-quality standards of workmanship and materials throughout the project, addressing any quality issues effectively based on BCAR. Support the pre-qualification process and technical evaluation of subcontractor and supplier submissions. Support the development and implementation of a quality awareness program and training to ensure that all project personnel are thoroughly informed of the quality requirements. Ensure weekly quality reports & proper documentation of construction processes to support audits and client requirements. 10+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within construction. Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and construction software & tools. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
