Quality Control Lead- Sweden 

To €85,000 DOE + Package 

Our client, a leading Engineering Contractor operating across Europe, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, is urgently seeking a detail oriented and highly skilled Quality Control Lead. As a Quality Control Lead, you will ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control, managing the team and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory standards, and client requirements.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Lead and manage the QC team to ensure the effective implementation of quality control processes across all project stages. 

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and client requirements. 

• Develop and enforce quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation standards tailored to the data centre environment. 

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met and communicate quality issues and solutions clearly and professionally. 

• Maintain and update all quality control records, ensuring full traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Prepare detailed quality reports for internal teams, management, and clients, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions. 

• Oversee the testing and commissioning processes, verifying that all equipment and installations meet operational requirements and complies with relevant industry standards.  

• Evaluate the construction methodology for offsite manufacturing capabilities and proactively identify quality issues, defects, or risks during the project development and take corrective actions to address them. 

• Supervise the completion of inspection checklists and the resolution of snags prior to system W1/W2/W3 walkdowns, ensuring documented acceptance by the relevant stakeholders. 

• Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or related field. 

• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management with focus on Data Centre projects. 

• Trade Background and ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification is desirable with willingness to travel when required. 

• Proficient in leading root cause analysis techniques and implementing corrective actions. 

• Expertise in scoping, planning, and executing risk reviews with effective communication and presentation skills. 

• Capable of providing technical and professional guidance to teams. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
