I have used LJB & Co as my preferred agency of choice for almost 10 years. They are a completely ethical and trustworthy organisation with a thorough understanding of the Construction industry and most importantly, of our organisation. I rarely have the need to seek personnel from any other source.
LJB & Co quickly gained an understanding of our requirements by listening to us and taking the time to understand how we work. We get a lot of calls from recruitment companies promising the best candidates on the market and then failing to deliver on those promises however, LJB & Co have always supplied us with good quality candidates.
LJB & Co has successfully partnered our business for approximately three years. I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their recruitment process, from the initial liaison qualifying my requirements, to the submission of relevant CV’s with detailed interview notes through to their diplomatic final stage negotiation. They have set themselves apart with their quick & efficient response to my requirements.
