Senior Bids Writer – Data Centre Construction, Dublin 

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Bids Writer to lead the development of high-quality, compelling proposals that win work in this fast-paced, technical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead bid writing and content development for complex construction tenders.
Collaborate with pre-construction, technical, and delivery teams to gather input.
Translate technical detail into clear, persuasive content.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and company brand standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience in bid writing within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of data centre or M&E projects is highly desirable.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Location: Dublin office (some hybrid work available) with occasional travel
