Location: Denmark, Denmark Salary: €90,000 - €130,000 + Rotational Package

Senior Commercial Manager, Germany

 

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specializing in Data Centres across Europe. After showing evidence of rapid growth there are looking to expand their German team with a Senior Commercial Manager.

 

Duties will include:

  • Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support.
  • Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCD
  • Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interface
  • Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise
  • Monitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects.
  • Prelims management
  • Attend on relevant meeting for updates, plans, and strategic decisions.(Internal/External)
  • Create, manage, implement  Procedures and Guidelines for the Team to improve and enhance working practice
  • Supervising the preparation of Cost Plans for complex projects, using a range of cost planning techniques and software, managing the compilation of data to permit various analyses.
  • Preparing long term cash forecasts for complex projects, monitors results and interpret reasons for deviations, using established techniques to minimise outflow of cash and maximise inflow.
  • Identifying unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients 
    and employers.

 

Experience within data centres or similar technical builds would be a significant advantage. In return our client can offer
