To €100,000 DOE + Full Rotational Package + Allowance Our client, a leading High-Tech facilities contractor specialising in delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects, with dedication to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, is in need of an experienced and strategic Senior Planning Manager. As Senior Planning Manager you will be developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and plans including coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with project goals, objectives, and stakeholder requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently & meet the project demands. Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations or delays. Carry out regular project review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, including updates on schedule & address any issues. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to gather information and update project plans. Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project schedule and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope, timeline, or resources. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation making sure it is accurate & complete, ready for review or submission to senior management. Degree/qualifications in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience in Project Planning and Scheduling within construction. Strong proficiency in project planning software & tools such as Primavera P6, Powerproject, MS Project, MS products and other relevant software & tools. In-depth knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations and ability to address and resolve technical, contractual, and logistical issues.
